Your right to deletion

You can ask IQ Limousine to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, and you do not need to give a reason. This applies whether you contacted us through our website, by phone, or through our Facebook Page or Instagram account.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request by either method below:

• Email: contact@iqlimousine.net with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
• Phone: (224) 565-2483 — ask for a data deletion request.

So that we can find your records and be sure we are deleting the right person's data, please include:

• The full name you booked under.
• The email address and/or phone number you used.
• If it relates to social media, the Facebook or Instagram username you contacted us from.

What happens next

We confirm receipt of your request, verify that it comes from you, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will write to you when it is done. There is no charge for this.

What we delete

• Your name, email address, phone number and any address details.
• Your booking and quote history, including pick-up and drop-off locations and flight details.
• Any notes or preferences recorded against your reservations.
• Data we received about you from Facebook or Instagram, including comments and messages held in our systems.
• Your details on any mailing or contact list we operate.

What we may have to keep

Some records cannot be deleted on request because the law requires us to keep them. Where this applies we keep only the minimum required and delete the rest:

• Completed transactions. Records of payments we have received are retained for tax and accounting purposes for the period required by law.
• Records needed for a legal claim. If there is an open dispute, insurance matter or legal obligation, the related records are kept until it is resolved.

Payment card details are never stored on our servers — card payments are processed by Stripe, and any request to delete payment data held by Stripe is passed on to them.

Deleting data held by Facebook and Instagram

This page covers data held by IQ Limousine. Content that lives on Facebook or Instagram themselves — your own posts, comments and messages — is controlled by Meta, and you can remove it in those apps or through your Meta account settings. If you would like the copies held in our systems removed, use the request methods above.
